SERVER/BARTENDER/COOK
All Slatts Pub staff are vital to the success of our business. They carry the torch that keeps the building filled with happy customers;
therefore, it is their responsibility to help provide a high-quality experience for each customer.
Server/Bartender:
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Sell the restaurant’s food, beer, cocktails, wine
• Make recommendations and create a great guest experience.
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
KITCHEN
Line Cook
• Complete lunch and dinner service, providing customer with best food possible
• Prepare dishes in a timely, consistent fashion
• Always maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and take necessary tests to expedite kitchen cook times
• Assist with necessary prep work during slower times
Prep Cook
• Responsible for production of several items, we are a seasonal scratch kitchen that utilize local produce and artisans
• Maintain order and speed in the kitchen by following recipes and completing major prep items in a timely manner
• Responsible for organization of the walk-in and dry storage
• Responsible for keeping a clean and organized station throughout and after the shift
Dish Service
• Primary responsibility is to wash dishes and keep dish room organized
All Positions: Requirements, Physical Skills & Training:
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time • Must be able to lift 50 lbs • Must be able to crouch, sit, and stand with full mobility
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines • Team Player • Positive Attitude
